Case study
OceaniQ | Luxury real estate developer, Bali

Where we started
OceaniQ is a luxury development in Bali with a strong product and no international reach. It needed investors, hotel operators and distribution at the same time, so we built three channels in one engagement.
1. Investor channel
We built the investment offer and positioned OceaniQ as a platform that raises capital for the projects it delivers. We then identified the right investors and advisers, prepared the founder for each conversation and made the introductions.
Result: a fund in Abu Dhabi and a private investor in Dubai, both in active conversation.
2. Broker network
We opened the sales side globally and brought brokers into the project directly.
Result: 53 brokers worldwide signed agreements.
3. Founder brand and industry access
We grew the founder's LinkedIn from zero to 2,000 followers and made it a door opener: conference invitations, introductions to the right people and trust before the first call.
Result: two international hospitality brands sent LOIs, and the VP Asia of an ultra-luxury brand replied within 21 days.
